Fort Mo Ce Sea, commonly referred to as Fort Mo, is the largest Earth Kingdom naval base in the world. Its is positioned at the center of all oceans, but most importantly across from the Fire Nation. This position gives them optimal ability to strike against their greatest rival or any other nation. It is apart of the Central Region.
